Things are getting back to normal

This morning I woke up and I felt so good. I had not a single thing I HAD to do! I can't believe how many months it's been since that happened. I promise not to neglect my blog like I've been doing.

A few funny stories about the boys:
Griffin's latest thing is singing "e-i-e-i-o." He sings it when he's happy. He sings it when we sing. He sings it in the right places if we sing "Old McDonald Had a Farm." It's hilarious and pretty cute. He's also figured out what a nose is and what eyes are. He is a true joy and so fun to have around. I think we'll keep him this age forever.

Maxton and Xander gave a performance in the car on the way home from a visit to Logan that had us in stitches! They didn't realize we were listening. It went something like this--all in song:
Xander: Oh, you can't break toys, 'cause it's bad.
Maxton: No. No. No.
Xander: It's not good to be mean, don't break things, be nice.
Maxton: Nice, nice nice.
Xander: It's cold outside, snow is over the grass and trees, it's cold.
Maxton: Brr, brrr, brrr.
This was totally impromptu and went on for a good five minutes. What I would have given for a good tape recorder.

We are trying to potty train Maxton, it's going pretty well. He's such a smart boy and wants to be like his big brother (although Xander is going through a slight regression. Arg.) I'm so ready to only have two in diapers.

The pregnancy is going great. I can feel the baby move, which is always an exciting thing and next week I will be half-way through! YAY! We are going in for an ultrasound on Thursday the 18th and we're going to find out if it's a girl or boy that will join our family. David and I have been thinking a lot about names. I think this is going to be the hardest decision yet, boy or girl. Also baby related, my SIL is being induced today with their first boy after three girls, which is exciting. David parents will be coming out this week, which is so fun. The boys went nuts when they heard.

Anyway, here are some photos from our visit to Logan, where my aunt had 6 week old Boston puppies, 6 of them, which the boys adored! Also uses my new flash I got for Christmas, which I am totally thrilled with!

I'm so honored that my friends at Scrapbook Trends think so highly of this book. It's been a lesson in hard work for sure, but I always enjoy working with their team. Such great people! Anyway, I know I'm going all sappy, but it's been a crazy few months and I'm pregnant, so you have to forgive me.

Other exciting news is that I've been filming scrapbooking tutorial "web casts" for the Nth Degree Creative, hosted on Creative Xpress (click here to see the into video). The hits they are getting on the video are amazing and the first one with tutorial content is slated for release later this month. I'm so excited and passionate about this project. My co-host extraordinaire, Kristy Lee, is a blast to work with and I love the Creative Xpress team. So fun to work with them.

So, there's some exciting updates on my "professional" life.
