The world is a small, small place sometimes. I'm guest blogging over at House of Hepworths today. I've actually known Allison for a long, long time. I'm not sure how long, but we went to the same church in Austin, Texas when we were kids. I also knew her husband, Ben. And now I get to follow her current life on her blog! So cool!

Hi Kara! I'm visiting from HOH and I love your blog!! I've been reading thru some of your past posts and can relate to a lot! I suffer from depression too and have struggled for years. So glad you can write about it - I'm not at that point yet.
